For heavier models that can only be shipped by sea, we will use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This method may take up to 45 business days. With DDP shipping, we will handle customs clearance on your behalf, so you can receive your product hassle-free at your doorstep, without dealing with any bureaucracy or paying any local duties.

- Tracking Information: For light models shipped by express, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and stay informed about its estimated delivery date.
For heavy models shipped by sea, we will provide you with accurate updates on the boat’s location and the bill of lading. A precise local tracking number will be available only after the customs release process is completed.
